The studio
A filing house on Dymoke Street, not a mill with a chat window.
We opened the studio because post-Brexit remote workers were buying PDF checklists from people who had never sat at a London consular desk. We sit at those desks. Then we come back to Birmingham and build the next pack.
Why Birmingham
14 Dymoke Street sits in B12, a short walk from Highgate and a shorter train from London Euston when a mission wants you in person. Apostilles, ACRO, Companies House certified copies and same-day couriers all clear faster from the middle of the country than from a co-working sofa in Lisbon.
The UK has no digital nomad visa. That is not a gap we lobby to fill. It is the reason a filing house here has work: British remote workers still need someone to translate a Spanish consular PDF into a pile of paper that survives the glass window.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. Closed on UK bank holidays. We do not run a Saturday consular service.
What we are not
We are not solicitors, not OISC-regulated, and not a destination-country law firm. We prepare and lodge applications against published criteria.
How many files
We keep twelve active filings at a time. If the slate is full we will give you the next open week rather than a junior and a template.
The name
A cusp is the point where two curves meet. A digital nomad visa sits on the same point: employment law of the payer, immigration law of the destination, tax residence of the person holding the passport. We work the join. We do not flatten it into a slogan.
If you want a chatbot and a 19-page funnel, we are the wrong desk. If you want a named person who has read the current circular, write to us.
Visit the studio, or don’t.
Most files are built by encrypted post and a weekly call. If you would rather sit at the oak table, say so in the first email. 14 Dymoke St, Birmingham B12 0TA.
