Reviewing bank statements and an employment letter at a kitchen table

Before we open a file

We would rather decline you in Birmingham than watch a consulate do it.

An eligibility memorandum is a written opinion against the destination’s current rules, not a pep talk. If the numbers do not hold, we say so and keep the £180.

Who we take

  • British citizens and UK residents whose remote income is paid from outside the destination country.
  • PAYE employees of a non-destination employer with a letter that actually says “you may work from [country]”.
  • Directors of a UK limited company invoicing identifiable clients, with three months of statements that match the invoices.
  • Sole traders with a UTR, SA302 or equivalent, and a clean bank trail — not a sudden lump the week before filing.
  • Couples and children where the programme publishes a dependant rider we can evidence.

Who we send home

  • Anyone asking us to invent an employer, inflate invoices, or “park” savings for three days.
  • Applicants whose only income is UK PAYE from a destination-country branch — that is local employment, not a nomad visa.
  • People who need advice on entering or remaining in the United Kingdom. We are not OISC-regulated and we will not pretend to be.
  • Files that miss the published income floor by a wide margin with no second source we can document.
