What we hold

Identity data (passport, civil-status certificates), contact data, financial data (statements, invoices, employment letters), criminal-record certificates where a programme demands them, and correspondence. We do not scrape this website for marketing profiles.

Why we hold it

Contract: to prepare and lodge your application. Legal obligation: record-keeping and accounting. Legitimate interests: defending a professional-negligence claim, limited to the file itself. We do not sell data. We do not run remarketing pixels.

Where it sits

Files are stored on encrypted disks in the United Kingdom. Translators, apostille agents, couriers and destination authorities receive only the pages they need. Destination governments sit outside the UK; a transfer to a consulate is necessary to lodge the visa you instructed.

How long

Eligibility enquiries that do not convert: 12 months. Instructed files: 6 years from lodgement (limitation for contract claims). Accounting records: 6 years. You may ask for erasure earlier where no legal hold applies.
